Juste au moment où ça paraît pratique, voilà que des pubs apparaissent. Des écrans bizarres partout, puis elle croit que l’Internet est cassé. Cette scène est géniale. Il lui faut un bloqueur de pubs, et vite……

En quelques manipulations, elle apprend à ouvrir plusieurs fenêtres et même à utiliser le mode privé. Puis elle affirme avec conviction que tout ce qui est écrit sur Internet est vrai. Euh… d’accord, si tu veux.

Lorna veut gagner de l’argent, alors elle cherche un passage secret grâce à la carte d’Internet. Elle trouve même l’emplacement des objets rares. C’est absurdement pratique. Et le fait qu’elle commence par ramasser plein de petites pièces reste étrangement mémorable.

7: Confus devant le rang ＳＳＳ[28 ans・police des règles]
Elle cherche ce que signifie ＳＳＳ et découvre que c’est au-dessus du rang Ａ. Mais pourquoi Ｓ vient-il après Ａ ? Personne n’accepte vraiment la logique, et c’est encore plus drôle. Et ＳＳＳ traité comme le rang le plus faible, c’est incompréhensible.

Au bout du passage secret apparaît Yggdrasil. Sauf que Lorna n’a même pas réussi l’épreuve : elle a simplement trouvé le mot-clé sur le site de guides et est entrée. C’est carrément un RTA de saut d’énigmes, là.

Ensuite, elle reçoit le bâton magique rare et se voit confier le monde. Quand on apprend qu’elle voyage depuis à peine une heure, tout le récit donne soudain l’impression d’être passé en accéléré. Une heure après avoir quitté la maison et voilà qu’elle porte le destin du monde.

Le bâton possède ＭＰ ９９９９９, et dès qu’elle teste sa magie de départ, la forêt tourne au désastre. Elle voulait juste faire un feu de camp, mais un dragon de flammes apparaît et la forêt brûle. Puis la magie de glace gèle la forêt. C’est ça, une magie débutante ?

La forêt brûle, gèle, bref, c’est le chaos, alors qu’elle veut simplement vivre librement et en paix. Le problème, c’est que la personne qui détruit cette tranquillité… c’est elle-même.

12: Observateur de la nonchalance[18 ans・soutien à l’héroïne]
Après ça, elle dort dans la forêt puis ramasse des objets sur les points de collecte. Même dans une situation pareille, Lorna poursuit son voyage comme si tout allait bien. Elle est incroyablement insouciante, mais je l’aime bien. Cette façon de regarder sans trop réfléchir est plutôt agréable.

Elle a même étudié à l’avance les pièges des gobelins sur Internet. Comme elle connaît leur faiblesse face au vent, elle est parfaitement préparée. Internet contient vraiment de tout. On comprend ici à quel point les informations des sites de guides sont puissantes.

14: Premier rang face au seigneur de la forêt[33 ans・regarde jusqu’au bout]
À la fin, elle affronte le seigneur de la forêt, une énorme créature qui ressemble à un sanglier. Les plantes qu’elle avait récoltées se font piétiner, et même en étant préparée, l’adversaire est assez énorme pour faire peur. Finalement, elle l’attire dans le piège des gobelins et le vainc, avant de constater qu’elle est devenue bien plus forte. C’était vraiment amusant. L’ensemble est très réussi.
